Website Tips

One useful feature found on the Journey Platform website is the Feed function.  The Feed page is one of the top methods to catch all activities occuring accross the website.  

The following steps outline how use this feature.

1.  Hit Feed on the top menu bar.  This will take you to a new page with an active communication Feed. 

 

2.  Select the Filter feed option by hitting the dropdown arrow to the right of the Filter Timeline text (1).  We recomend the Everyone option (2) as this will help ensure no announcements or updates are missed.

 

3.  It is also possible to apply a Filter to search for a specific activity.  Select the dropdown arrow to the right of Post Type.  This will bring up a list of options for filtering.  Tick all items that you would like to include in your feed.

 

4.  You can also add to your feed.  Begin by placing your cursor in the text field beside your profile icon. 

Remember that anything posted in your Feed may be shared accross the Journey Platform website for all to see.

 

Enter your text (1).  Add attachments, videos, links, etc (2).  Select the channel where your content will be posted (3).  Select the audience that will have access to your post (4).  Hit Share (5).
