withFormDataMap - include form data map

withFormXml - include form XML

withGroupNames - include submission group names

withReceiptPdf - include the receipt PDF data

withFileAttachList - include file attachments

withDeliveryFuncs - include transaction delivery functions

withComments - include transaction comments

Returns:
